Hello July

July is a fiery month of high vibes, joy, forward motion and integration, just make sure you are mindful in your interactions as they can be either amicable or off the rails, revealing a tone of unhealed ego if left unchecked. There is a lot of action surrounding relationships this month so, be mindful and self aware of your thoughts, emotions and how you interact, it's important to take responsibility for ourselves, meaning, your emotions, actions and how you feel is your responsibility. Learning to stand in your authentic power is key in having healthy aligned relationships in our lives with family, friends, romantic partners and most importantly ourselves. We are still in the shadow of the Saturn retrograde in Pisces which began June 29th which brings karmic lessons and teaches us to be mindful, and take responsibility for ourselves and our lives. It also challenges us to see beyond the 3D reality, its limitations and being open to what the Universe is asking us to pay attention to in order to restructure our inner and outer lives through observing what needs to change. We are also in the shadow period of Neptune’s retrograde which begins July 2nd, which starts July off with a bang. We will also feel the shadow of asteroid Pallas which stations direct on July 9th and later in the month we have Chiron retrograde which we will feel the shadow period mid month. Its always important to remember to work with the energies with confidence and trust, knowing that the shifts in play are for your highest good!     

July is a number 5 ( the 5th month), in the astrological calendar signifying change, versatility, freedom, and adventure, seen as a symbol of transformation and growth. It indicates a period of significant change and transition, encouraging us to embrace new opportunities and explore different aspects of themselves with confidence. July represents the number 7 in our calendar year and is associated with spiritual awakening, inner wisdom, and enlightenment,  symbolizing the search for deeper truths and understanding beyond the material world. 7 encourages us to delve into our inner selves, seek spiritual growth, contemplate life's mysteries and magick and is linked to mysticism and esoteric knowledge, suggesting a connection to occult sciences, hidden wisdom, and spiritual teachings that are not easily understood by the average person. You may feel a desire to seek truth and knowledge in various forms, including philosophical, spiritual, and scientific pursuits. 7 is considered a number of perfection and completeness, often associated with achieving spiritual or intellectual fulfillment which is right in alignment with our personal as well as collective energy. 

July is a month of continued energy from the Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn (as Saturn is retrograde), in Aquarius on December 21, 2020, which was a significant event as this conjunction, which occurs approximately every 20 years, marked the closest alignment of these two planets since 1623, and it happened in the sign of Aquarius for the first time in nearly 800 years. 

Saturn's retrograde began June 29th, with an emphasis on introspection, self-examination, a time to reflect on personal goals, relationships, and responsibilities. It encourages us to reassess our life foundations, question their long-term plans, and make necessary adjustments to align more closely with our true purpose. 

Aquarius is the sign of innovation, progress, humanitarianism, and collective consciousness. It rules technology, futuristic thinking, and social reforms. Bringing the new era of Collective Consciousness aka the Age of Aquarius. This conjunction is often seen as the beginning of a new era, emphasizing collective consciousness, humanitarian efforts, and global unity, shifting us towards more community-oriented and collaborative approaches in solving global issues. The conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn represents the harmonization of expansion (Jupiter) and discipline (Saturn), a balance essential for sustainable growth and long-term success and with Jupiter’s influence brought an expansion of consciousness and spiritual growth. In Aquarius, this awakening was collective, emphasizing the interconnectedness of humanity to awaken to their higher purpose and contribute to the greater good.

Saturn’s presence signifies the breaking down of old, rigid structures that no longer serve the collective and bringing forth a time to build new foundations that are more aligned with humanitarian values and community.

We cannot move forward while holding onto old, unhealthy aspects of the past and disempower ourselves through standing in stagnant energy. If we don't allow ourselves to move forward in healthy and aligned ways, we remain in a place of emotional paralysis, keeping us hostage in past energy.   

Our lives and existence are constantly changing, and as we are propelled forward, you may feel some resistance within your human selves as it is within our human we tend to hold attachments to what we have experienced in our human lives. This is a detriment to our existence and keeps us stuck in things like unhealthy patterns, attachments, toxic aspects of self, as well as detrimental connections with others. 

As July moves forward it's important to pay attention to what happens during this first week of the month, especially if you have any planets in the fixed signs: Taurus, Leo, Scorpio, and Aquarius. Take time to live mindfully in your awareness of self and how you show up for yourself as well as the collective energetically, as we will very much be in our feelings and emotions throughout the month thanks to big heart energy. It is important to remember everything in life is a choice, what we feel, how we behave, what we give our energy aka attention to and whether or not we take responsibility for ourselves. Full moons are traditionally a time of illumination and clarity, seeing the unseen, releasing, and bringing light to hidden aspects of our lives to help us see things more clearly.
